What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, a phone number or Telegram handle, and your message. We also record which page you sent it from and which page or advert you arrived from, so we know which channels are worth keeping, and how many seconds the form was open before you sent it, which is how we tell a person from a bot.

Page counts

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people read each page and which link they arrived from. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, builds no profile, and cannot follow you to other sites. We see totals, not people.

Why

To answer your enquiry and to price the work. Nothing else. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Straight to our own Telegram, where we read it. Later it moves to a CRM we run ourselves. It's never handed to a third-party marketing platform.

Cookies

One, called relayt-lang. It records which language you're reading the site in, so relayt.uz opens in that one next time. It holds the language and nothing else, and lasts a year. There are no analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

While the conversation is live, and afterwards while a project or its support is running. If nothing comes of it, we delete it.

Deleting it

Write to us and we remove it. No form, no process, no delay.
