Integrations
Two systems you pay for do not talk to each other.
Two products, one job, no more retyping between them.
Everything below is included.
- CRM to inventory, so stock is one number and not four
- Payments in, receipts out, reconciled without a person in the middle
- E-invoicing through Didox and the tax cabinet
- Marketplaces, so orders arrive where you already work
- Telegram, so the team is notified where they already look
- Anything with an API, and a straight answer when something has none
- MoySklad1CBitrix24amoCRMPaymeClickUzumStripeDidoxTelegram
What changes it
What changes it
- How many systems are involved, and which of them have real APIs
- How often data has to move, and in which direction
- Whether records have to be matched rather than copied
- What should happen when one side is down
Not included, and why
Platform tiers that unlock the API. Some vendors put the API behind a higher plan. Odoo is the usual one. We will say so before you commit.
Third-party connectors. If an off-the-shelf connector is cheaper than building it, we will tell you and set that up instead.
We have built this before.
We do not name clients. What it does is the useful part.
What people ask about this.
Not on the list? Ask us and you get a straight answer, not a sales call.Ask us anything
What if our system has no API?
Then we tell you on the first call rather than after you have paid. Sometimes there is a file export we can work with, sometimes there is honestly nothing.
What happens when it breaks at 2am?
Failed transfers queue and retry rather than vanishing, and you get told. That is part of the build, not an upsell.
Is this a monthly cost?
The work is one-off. If it runs on a server, that server is billed at cost in your name.
Tell us what you need and we will tell you what it takes.
We reply the same working day. Mon to Sat, 10:00 to 18:00.
What happens after you send it
